Blue
Heron Resort
Our campgrounds are located some 300 - 500 feet back from the lake,
under the shade of tall pines. These camping sites border on Mashkinonje
Provincial Park, one of Ontario’s newest wildlife wilderness preserves,
with over 40 kilometres of hiking trails. Moose have occasionally been
spotted wandering up to the edges of the camping area, perhaps enjoying
some green grass and maybe a little people watching? Our small,
well-kept park comes with water and hydro hookups at each site. A few of
the sites are equipped with sewer hook-ups for larger RVs. Our shower
houses have plenty of hot water and flush toilets. We have a total of
twenty sites that can accommodate tents, small trailers, pop-ups and
larger RVs. Firewood, ice and charcoal are available for purchase. |
